Making room for more of who you are
What if you stopped trying to make yourself make sense, and started making room for all of who you are?
I'm interested in what it means to be fully human: embracing our contradictions, getting curious about the stories we've inherited, and making room for the parts of ourselves we've been taught to hide.
I'm Rio Allen, an intuitive coach, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader based in Sedona, Arizona. For more than 16 years, I've been creating spaces for people to explore what's beneath the surface, reconnect with themselves and one another, and feel more fully alive.
My work has a particular place for queer people and the experiences that shape how we see ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and our place in the world. I'm also interested in the many ways we want to grow, create, connect, and experience life more fully.
I believe there's room for all of it: depth and play, the sacred and the ordinary, the parts of ourselves we're proud of and the parts we're still figuring out.
You don't have to become someone else. There's more room to be who you are.
