This program will guide you through every step from healing to living out your purpose while honoring your unique way path.

The journey will be taken in five different modules which can be taken in succession or individually.

Module 1 - Lifted Healing: Heal your past (emotional, sexual, inner child and religious healing) January 17 - March 14

Module 2 - Lifted Sex: Elevate your relationship with your sexual energy (release sexual shame, empowerment through sexuality, sexual shadow work) March 28 - May 23

Module 3 - Lifted Spirit: Deepen your connection to your spirituality (build a personal spiritual connection, embrace divine masculine + feminine energy, foster intuition + faith) June 6 - August 1

Module 4 - Lifted Worth: Honor your inherent worth in all areas of life (a new money story, strengthen relationships, paradigm shift in self perception) August 15 - Oct 10

Module 5 - Lifted Purpose: Live your purpose and give your gifts (Fulfillment of life vision, honing gifts and brining them to the world) October 24 - December 19

I spent most of my life trying to fix myself.

I lived with unacknowledged shame which affected every choice I made.

I was in constant judgement of myself and my actions.

It wasn’t until I began to heal with my body and emotions that I loved who I truly was underneath the shame.

My healing journey was often confusing and pieced together with different practices and teachers over the course of years. It was rare for me to find gay healers so I often felt isolated and not fully understood by the healing communities I was within.

When I did find gay healers, I received my most profound healings from them yet I didn’t have a community of gay men who were on the same path so I continued to feel alone.

This is why I created Lifted Healing for you.

This small group healing journey is the foundation of the life you’ve been dreaming of and the purpose you’re here to fulfill.

During our 8 weeks together we’ll engage our healing through our bodies rather than our minds.

We’ll develop strong intuition and self compassion through the process of discovering how to communicate with our bodies and heal with them.

We will learn from the core emotions that most of us have challenges with - anger, grief, and fear.

As we expand our capacity for these strong emotions, we access more joy, happiness and love. 

The areas of focus for our healings will be sexual, religious, inner child, and shame healing.

As gay men we experienced the need to change ourselves at a very young age to fit in. Add to this that many of us experienced religious, sexual or emotional suffering and stress which taught us that it’s not safe to be as we are. This is why we heal.

The foundation of giving your gifts and bringing your dreams to life is healing.

I’m Rio, your guide on this journey.

Brother, I’ve walked this path for many years so that I could be your guide.

I lived much of my adult life numbing out and hiding from myself and my spiritual gifts.

I didn’t want to own my uniqueness and purpose because it felt so far off of the well worn path taken by my community. I did all I could to suppress the call to live with more purpose.

I used exercise, drugs, sex, fashion, vanity, pornography, and you-name-it practices to work around my healing and spirituality instead of moving toward or through them.

After years with one foot in partying and the other in spirituality it became clear that only one path would lead me to true fulfillment and peace.

Through a ten year journey to locations around the world and through deep personal healings I was lead to the teachers and trainings which gave me the tools to serve you.

This journey from the shadows and back to the light is my honor to guide you through.

    Clarifying purpose, integrating your highest self, prioritizing your gifts and embracing your confidence

We will use a number of modalities and practices that will be tailored to your individual needs including: multiple forms of breathwork, movement modalities, journaling with different intentions and focuses, multiple forms of meditation + visualization, play + creativity.

This is NOT therapy, it’s a complete change in self perception and direction in life.

Is the Peace + Purpose mentorship for me?

This is for you if:

  • You’re looking to pay someone to solve your problems and don’t want to do what it takes to transform.
