Engage on your schedule
The program consists of 3 live sessions (which are also recorded) and 21 days of recorded guidance so you can engage with the content as suits your daily schedule.
Simple, effective daily practices + protocols
Everyday you will receive a guided practice to slowly and steadily transform pain into purpose. As well, you’ll receive a 21 day protocol for focus and clarity and guided meditations to support the process.
Connect with the community
The program is held on my community platform where you’ll be able to connect and share in the journey with the men alongside you.
Personalized support
As questions or challenges arise you can put them in the Q+A chat and I’ll answer them every Friday.
Lifetime access

I’m Rio, your guide on this journey.
I’m an intuitive spiritual guide, writer, and homo committed to the healing and empowerment of gay men and our unique role in this world.
I spent most of my life trying to fix myself.
I tried to fix myself by traveling the world, changing careers, using sex, porn, alcohol, drugs, fashion, relationships, and any other way I could find to try to feel simply “OK”.
All of this was unconscious seeking that I became aware of when my healing journey began many years ago.
Throughout my healing, I pieced together the resources that felt right for me as a gay man with gifts to share with the world, but also struggles with my relationship to my body and my sexuality.
I found solace in spiritual and healing spaces but I never felt that those spaces were meant for me or the gay experience.
When I sought out gay healing spaces, I found they often lacked the depth and spiritual foundation I had found in non-gay spaces.
I spent years gathering pieces of wisdom and practices in a patchwork way; taking a little from this teaching, a bit more from that group, some from this modality…
Always modifying it to fit my homo experience. I’m sure you know what I mean. This is why I’ve taken all of the tools and wisdom I’ve gained and made them applicable for you.

We begin on January 25th and end on February 14th.
There are three live sessions that will be recorded in case you can’t attend live.
Jan 25 - Opening Ceremony
Feb 7 - Breathwork Healing and Q+A
Feb 14 - Closing Ceremony
Each live session is from 10:30am - 12pm Pacific Timezone.
Everything else is recorded and can be engaged with on your own daily schedule.

Each day you will be given a practice to slowly, steadily transform your challenge into a gift.
These practices vary from guided meditations to mirror work to somatic practices and creative writing.
Along with the daily practices we’ll meet for 3 live sessions to support you more deeply.
Lastly, you will be following a digital detox and information fast protocol for 21 days. This practice alone can be highly transformative.

The problem or pain that has the most ‘CHARGE’ to it.
The problem or pain that’s the most acute, longstanding, and historical is the one with the most trapped energy and therefore the one that will become most generative and enlightening.
In short, choose the thing that’s bothered you the most.

It depends on the day but typically between 30-60 minutes per day.
If you choose to engage with the optional material of daily journal prompts and morning practices more time will be needed but that’s up to you.
We’ll be freeing up a lot of time in your schedule with the digital detox and information fast so don’t worry about having the time!
