As this is our first gathering we’ll start by getting to know each other and how we relate to our self expression. Then we’ll take a deep dive into the parts of us we’ve hidden away (the juicy, fun, ridiculous, and powerful parts) and we’ll bring them into the light. You’ll leave this journey knowing that healing can also happen through your connection to your joy.

This breathwork journey is for homos who are on the path of deepening their relationship with themselves and healing patterns that have kept them from giving their unique gay gifts.

If you're interested in moving beyond limiting patterns of belief in yourself and healing emotional wounds from your past, join this group of gay men who are walking the same path.

We will begin with a group discussion on topics relevant to homo-healing and owning your uniqueness. Then we use the power of breathwork to move beyond our minds, into our subconscious and bodies to heal and re-program our patterns.

What is breathwork? 

• It's a simple and wildly powerful practice of breathing deeply for a period of about 30 minutes which moves stagnant energy in the body and mind. 

• It allows a deeper access to emotional healing beyond what talk therapy and mind-focused modalities are able to transform. 

• You can think of it as an active meditation which alters your consciousness like a plant-medicine journey but with the safety of knowing you have control of the depth of the journey.

• It has the potential to deepen your spirituality and your love and acceptance of self.

*The session will be recorded and sent to you following the live group. You do not need to attend live to receive the recording though it is recommended to join live for the group interaction portion.
