Hi, I’m Rio.

I created Lifted Men because it’s exactly what I needed as I healed wounds related to my sexuality and learned how to claim the gifts that were hidden within that repressed energy.

Throughout my healing I sought for a space that I could be completely myself within, but I was often disappointed by gay healing spaces and the lack of depth and spiritual connection found there.

I needed a space that felt emotionally deep and spiritually rich. A place where we could honor our unique purpose.

Inside Lifted Men, that’s what you’ll experience. Along with my 16 years of intuitive guidance, I bring to this offering my trainings in meditative journey facilitation, breathwork healing, and non-linear movement practice.

Lifted Men honors the unique needs we have in our healing process, our inherent depth as spiritual beings, and the gay gifts we have to offer the world.

The Journey

  • I speak about our gayness as a spiritual gift and, though you definitely do not need to believe in any specific spirituality in this space, having an openness to healing the past with spiritual guidance will be very helpful.

  • The Journey: Monthly we will take guided breathwork journeys

    In both of this practice we will be going beneath the conscious mind, deeper into the wisdom of your body to heal wounds from the past and connect to your true self.

    These journeys take place via Zoom from the comfort of your space and provide you with consistent spiritual connection + devotion to your healing.

    The Roundtable: This is where we gather to share from the heart on topics ranging from sex, self worth, relationships, purpose, shame, and all things healing.

    Each session will include one or two ‘hot seat’ style individual guidance.

    We develop intimate connections with each other and learn through the mirror of brothers on the path.

    The Journey will be recorded and available for replay if you can’t attend live.

  • No, this is for any man who wants to heal in community and deepen his relationship with himself, his gifts and his personal spirituality.

    Your gifts will become clear as you heal.

    How you use those gifts is completely up to you.
