I’m Rio - a somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, and spiritual + sexual healing guide. I help gay men reconnect to their authentic energy, explore their shadow, and step fully into their light.
I’ve walked this path myself, healing from religious and sexual trauma, and have guided hundreds of men through their deepest challenges - transforming hidden or blocked energy into gifts to share with the world.
Through somatic work, breath, meditative journeys, and energy work, I support gay men in aligning their sexuality, spirituality, and presence - so their unique gifts and true energy can flow freely.
